I was born near Paris, to a father from Benin and a mother from Martinique. From the start, my world was wide.

My parents raised us with a simple but powerful belief: no limit on who you could become, no place you couldn't go, no challenge too big to take on — just do it, and do it fully. Education mattered. Ambition mattered. And taking risks? Never an obstacle - as they did it themselves years before me and successfully made it.

Growing up — travelling far away from home at a young age was really exciting. Visiting family not only in Africa or the Caribbean, but also scattered across the world, from Taiwan to Venezuela. Hearing other languages, experiencing different cultures, different ways of living. It lits a curiosity that never really switched off.

Working and living abroad only deepened it for me. Being alone in an unfamiliar place, navigating the unknown, teaches you to trust your instincts — and to see challenges as something to move through. And I LOVED IT.

My interest for hospitality came from working on the ground. At Destination Hostels in Lisbon and at Generator Hostels in London, I quickly understood that hospitality was never just about a bed for the night. It was an experience with people behind it. A feeling. A way of life for the travellers passing through.

When I look at how travel has evolved — long stays, digital nomads, apart-hotels, the blurring of working-living and travelling — I see a reflection of something deeper: how we live is changing, and how we travel is changing with it.

I'm a stickler for good service. Whether I'm hosting friends at home, trying a new restaurant, or sending a client email — how it's done matters to me. Attentiveness. Warmth. Genuine care. These things aren't soft skills. They're the difference. And when they're missing, honestly? It frustrates me.

My relationship with technology is — let's call it complicated.

I believe in what it enables: connection, solutions to problems, efficiency, forward momentum. But not at the expense of people. Maybe that's why building partnerships are where I've found my passion. You cannot build great partnerships without truly understanding people…

“The results spoke for themselves, but what I’ll remember most is how she did it. With integrity and genuine care for the people she worked with.”
